Welcome to the School Counseling Website.  Mr. Lingo, the school counselor, works with students individually, in small groups and in classrooms.  He presents a developmentally appropriate guidance curriculum for grades 2-5 which includes lessons on coping skills, friendship, bullying, respect, responsibility, social skills, manners, study skills, perseverence, etc.  For the 2008-2009 school year, Expressive Arts classes will be taking place in the mornings from 8:15-10:55. If you need to meet with me to discuss a concern with your child or with the counseling program, I will be happy to do so in the afternoon or after school.  

Mr. Lingo has many materials for parents and guardians on a variety of topics, including death, divorce, peer relations, depression, work habits, anger, etc.  Please feel free to contact him at 422-1645 to schedule an appointment.
